LexJudicata does not accept responsibility for the legal outcome of documents used without proper review, execution, and legal guidance.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Indian Laws: The services provided by LexJudicata are governed by the laws of India. All contracts and agreements will be construed and enforced in accordance with Indian law.
  • Bar Council of India Regulations: LexJudicata adheres to the professional conduct rules laid down by the Bar Council of India under the Advocates Act, 1961. All legal professionals associated with LexJudicata are registered with the Bar Council and adhere to its guidelines on legal practice.
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019: All services provided are in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Clients are entitled to seek redressal for grievances as per the Act’s provisions.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Distt.- Gurgaon (HR), India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Advice Provided: LexJudicata makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely legal advice, but cannot guarantee the outcome of any matter. The firm is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the reliance on any legal advice or documents.
  • Force Majeure: LexJudicata shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, or disruptions in internet service.

9. Termination and Suspension
