DOCUMENT DRAFTING POLICY OF LEXJUDICATA

  1. DOCUMENT FORMAT

The draft will be provided only in Word format (either Word Document or Rich Text Format) and will be sent to the applicant’s WhatsApp number or email address provided at the time of filling out the drafting form. No hard copy or printed copy of the drafted document will be provided by the LexJudicata drafting team.

2. APPLICANT’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR FORM DETAILS

LexJudicata’s drafting team creates documents based on the information submitted in the drafting form. Therefore, it is the applicant’s responsibility to thoroughly review and correctly fill out all details in the form. The LexJudicata drafting team is not responsible for any errors arising from incorrectly entered information.

3. ACCURACY OF NAMES AND INFORMATION

All names, details, and other information must be spelled and entered correctly. No subsequent excuses will be entertained for errors such as misspellings or inaccuracies in facts or information provided in the drafting form.

4. ONE-TIME FREE MODIFICATION POLICY

Applicants are entitled to one free round of additions, alterations, or corrections after the draft has been completed. To utilize this, the applicant must contact the drafting drafting team on WhatsApp on the same day the draft is sent.

5. ADDITIONAL CHANGES AFTER INITIAL MODIFICATIONS

If any modifications are requested after the free one-time correction period or on any day following the day the original draft was sent, a separate fee will be charged for each subsequent request for additions, alterations, or corrections.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for drafting services must be completed in full before the draft will be initiated. All payments are non-refundable once the drafting process begins, except in cases of service failure attributable to LexJudicata. Any applicable fees for additional services, such as further modifications after the free revision period, will be communicated to the applicant before these services are rendered.

7. DRAFTING CHARGES

All drafting services provided by LexJudicata are subject to applicable charges. The fee for each draft may vary depending on the complexity, length, and type of document required. Charges are determined on a case-by-case basis and are communicated to the applicant before drafting begins. LexJudicata reserves the right to revise charges for extensive or specialized drafting requirements.

8. DRAFTING TIMELINE AND WAITING PERIOD

LexJudicata aims to complete and send the draft within the timeline specified upon order confirmation. However, unexpected delays may occur, especially for complex documents. Applicants are requested to allow a minimum waiting period of 4 business hours for initial drafts. Any delays due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any disputes regarding the drafted document, applicants should contact LexJudicata’s support drafting team directly. LexJudicata will work to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 business days of receiving the dispute notification. In case a resolution cannot be reached, LexJudicata reserves the right to terminate the services, with refunds assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The drafting team of LexJudicata is an independent entity operating under the applicable laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, for service agreements. They reserve the right to promote their drafting services independently. LexJudicata is not responsible for any legal, financial, or personal repercussions arising from errors or omissions that result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant. LexJudicata’s responsibility is limited to the drafting of documents based on details submitted by the applicant. Applicants are encouraged to review and verify the document content before final use.
